If DeckPost isn't for you, email billing@deckpost.io within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full. No exit survey required, no retention flow — one email, one refund.
Renewal charges (monthly or annual) can be refunded within 7 days of the charge if you haven't materially used the service in the new period (roughly: fewer than 5 published posts and no AI credit use). This keeps the guarantee honest for everyone.
$5 credit packs are refundable within 7 days if unused. Once credits from a pack are spent, the pack is non-refundable.
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
We reserve the right to decline repeat refund-cycle abuse (subscribe → heavy use → refund, repeatedly). Genuine dissatisfaction is always refunded.
